Who is Elijah?                                                                  

I am a University lecturer turned into Health blogger from Kumasi, Ghana. I’m single with no kids, with the age of 30.  I love living in the country and being surrounded by space and trees and wildlife.

I started this blog as a place to keep track of the things that come out of my health talks, and to hopefully inspire a few of you about your health. I would love to hear what’s inspiring you in this health talk!
